In order to qualify, update, and improve the work of Tutelary Councilors, this course was designed from the perspective of their performance, in everyday situations, and in operationalizing their activities.
The course is open to Councilors and alternates of the Municipal and State Councils for the Rights of Children and Adolescents in the State of Paraná, focusing on the role of the Tutelary Councilor, reflecting on their practice, guided by the laws and regulations that underpin the rights of children and teenagers.
