I-94 CBP OneTM is accessible everywhere. However, only participating Ports of Entry (POE) offer the opportunity to schedule appointments for perishable cargo; for more information, please contact your POE.
Features:
- Android Play iconApple iTunes App LogoCBP OneTM started rolling out its capabilities, starting with an I-94 Entry tool for travelers and an Inspection Appointment request feature for brokers, carriers, and forwarders. Brokers, transporters, and forwarders can request an inspection time for perishable cargo entering the United States using the Inspection Appointment Request Feature. Each request is given to a CBP agriculture specialist who is in charge of scheduling inspection hours and who, if more information is required, interacts with the requestor via an interactive chat tool. Travelers can now use the Inspection Appointment Request Feature to ask for a biological and agricultural product inspection when they arrive by air in the United States. Users can now submit their traveler information in advance before crossing the border into the United States thanks to the most current traveler feature.
- Travelers can apply for a provisional I-94 using the I-94 Entry option before reaching a land border crossing. I-94 applications submitted in advance will be processed more quickly to speed up entry. Additionally, visitors can immediately check their most recent I-94 submission to view important details like their permitted length of stay in the country and use it as identification once they arrive as a guest.
- Organizations recognized by the State Department as authorized CBP OneTM users may only access the International Organization tool to check the status of persons who are actively enrolled in the Migrant Protection Protocols. (MPP). In accordance with MPP, certain foreign nationals who enter or apply for admission to the United States from Mexico without the necessary papers are sent back to Mexico to wait outside the country while their immigration cases are being processed. The United States stopped accepting new MPP applicants in January 2021. In order to prepare for their hearing in the United States, MPP participants with active cases started to be processed at entry points in February 2021. The U.S. Government has worked with a few overseas organizations to help with the verification of MPP registration via CBP OneTM prior to arrival at the U.S. Port of Entry in order to assure safety and operational success.
- The CBP ROAMTM app has made it possible for small pleasure boats to report their arrival. However, beginning in the first quarter of 2022, reporting arrivals for pleasure craft will move to CBP OneTM, and CBP ROAMTM will no longer be accessible.
