Due to the fact that this is a point release, there are no major changes from the previous version, and it should be fine to install it over any existing Kodi 19.x installation - indeed, it will happen automatically on many platforms. If you're going for a major version upgrade, be sure to back up your user data beforehand. As with all software installations, you can't afford to lose anything.
