About This Game
INFERNO PROTOCOL is a cooperative survival horror game set within a labyrinth that refuses to stay still. No map can be trusted. No corridor will lead you back the way you came. You'll mark walls, harvest from the creatures that stalk you, and inject syringes that might save you—or fundamentally change you.
Play solo or team up with up to 6 players. The exit exists. Reaching it is another matter entirely.
The Maze Shifts Around You
The corridor you entered through will not be the corridor you exit from.
- Mark your path. Spray paint on walls, drop chalk, leave objects behind. Discover old hand-drawn paper maps—but be wary of which ones deceive you.
- A compass helps. Until it doesn't.
- Memory is your map. Marks are your guide.
Environments That Defy Logic
The maze transforms endlessly. Corridors collapse into forests, deserts, frozen halls—places that have no business being underground.
Echoes of Those Before You
Others have walked these halls. They left notes. They drew warnings on the walls.
- Some messages are pure panic.
- Others point toward syringes, exits, or places you should avoid entirely.
Read carefully. They didn't make it out.
Survivors and Settlements
Not everyone is lost. People live here.
- The Settlement lies at the center—a place to farm, build walls, and craft what you need.
- Smaller camps dot the outer corridors. Some survivors will talk. Some will trade. Some won't hesitate to draw first blood.
Resources Come at a Cost
Scrap metal and frayed wires will only carry you so far. True survival demands something darker.
When you bring down a creature, do not walk away empty-handed.
- Harvest their bones, armor, flesh, and organs.
- Use what remains to craft the gear you need.
It's gruesome work. But in the maze, the most valuable resources are still warm.
Traps and Tactics
Find traps scattered throughout the corridors—or craft your own.
- Plant them strategically.
- Wait.
- Sometimes killing is easier when you're not the one in the room.
Syringes: Power and Price
The deeper you go, the more you'll need them.
- Some are labeled: Dash. Night Vision. Double Jump. Extra Health. Inject them, and you survive a little longer.
- Others have no label at all.
You'll inject them eventually.
