Gameplay
Swap and match colourful resources — Apples, Iron, Wood, Grains, Grapes, and Crystals — to gather supplies and rack up points. Use your stockpile to upgrade buildings, each increasing your income and unlocking new powers.
Manage your moves wisely and complete each level's objective before your moves run out.
Build & Upgrade
Watch your village rise under your rule. Expand and upgrade buildings. Raise your Castle to unlock the Throne Room, where you issue powerful royal decrees — wider boards, bonus moves, instant clears, and game-changing abilities that let you reshape the board with a single command.
A Story of Power and Desire
Between levels, an intense and personal story unfolds between you and Lyra, the strong-willed Commander who has kept the village alive. Sent by the King to take full control, you soon discover that beneath her guarded exterior lies a woman who deeply craves guidance and authority.
At the beginning of the game, choose your desired path:
- Romantic Route — A slow-burn connection built on trust, respect, and growing affection.
- Erotic Route — A passionate and sensual relationship filled with desire and intimacy.
- Dominant Route — A journey of power exchange where Lyra's resistance gradually turns into respect, longing, and finally complete, willing submission.
Each route features unique dialogue, character development, and escalating intimacy.

Village of Velvet 0.15_1 is out! Animated & Voiced Scenes are Here!
Over the past few weeks, I’ve spent a crazy amount of time laying the groundwork to take the game’s visual and audio quality to the next level. The hard work behind the scenes of laying the groundwork to better, smoother animations is officially paying off.
To show off what this new setup can do, we’ve animated and voiced every scene from every storyline in the demo!
These scenes are brought to life with full voice acting and dynamic motion, and it makes the experience so much more immersive, and I can’t wait for you all to see (and hear!) the difference. This is only the start of how I will upgrade the rest of the game going forward.
Plus new game play elements and vastly expanded adult scenes are planned.
